Located in the most western county of the island: Pinar del Rio. It is among the Cuban areas incorporated by the UNESCO to the list of the World Patrimony, classifying the Valley of Viñales as Cultural Landscape of Mankind.
It is an area that, for its natural beauty, has become one of the most visited tourist destinations in the island. Singular are the mogotes vegetable complexes, where the Palm Cork, true alive fossil is located. The Mogotes make of this place a landscape different to any one the tourist has never seen.
